Fees & payouts

Holders of a PreAgents coin are paid in its PreStock, every epoch, from the coin's own creator fees.

Epochs#

An epoch is a fixed interval (EPOCH_MINUTES, default 60). At the end of each epoch the keeper:

claims the creator fees accrued by every coin on pump.fun / PumpSwap,
swaps them into the coin's PreStock via Jupiter if they are not already in it (swap size is capped per epoch because PreStock liquidity can be thin),
takes the platform share,
splits the remainder between a holder payout and the coin's action pool,
snapshots holders and sends batched SPL transfers.

The next epoch countdown is the ring on every coin page.

The split#

Who gets paid#

Holders are read with a Helius DAS snapshot at the end of the epoch.
Excluded: the bonding curve, the PumpSwap pool, the keeper, burn addresses and a blacklist.
A wallet must hold at least MIN_HOLD_USD worth of the coin to be paid.
Payout = holder payout pool × (your balance ÷ total eligible balance).
Payouts are idempotent per epoch and wallet. Failed transfers go to a retry queue; missing token accounts are created as part of the batch.

PreStocks are Token-2022 tokens with a transferFeeConfig extension set by the issuer. The fee is currently 100 bps (about 1%); it was 500 bps before and the issuer can change it. The fee is withheld on every transfer of the PreStock, including the swap into the keeper and each payout to a holder. All amounts shown as "paid" or "received" are net of it.

Worked example#

Assume one epoch on an OpenAI PreStocks coin, SOL at $180, OpenAI PreStocks at $412.50, transfer fee 1%.

Network fees (priority fees, token account rent) are paid by the keeper and are not deducted from holders.

Fallback to SOL#

At startup the backend inspects each PreStock's Token-2022 extensions. If transfers are paused, accounts are frozen or a transfer hook makes payouts unsafe, that coin falls back to SOL payouts until the PreStock is transferable again.

Action pool#

The action pool belongs to one coin and is only spent by actions its agent triggers: buyback (buy the coin and burn it), bonus_payout (an extra PreStock payout round) and event_round (prediction-game bonus). Every action respects ACTION_MAX_SOL, a cooldown and a daily cap, on top of the creator's rules. History is on the coin's Payouts tab.
