FAQ
Does holding a coin give me equity in OpenAI, Anthropic or the others?#
No. PreStocks are tokenized exposure, not shares, and a PreAgents coin is a memecoin quoted in a PreStock. See Risks.
What do holders actually receive?#
Every epoch, a pro-rata share of 63% of the coin's creator fees, paid in the coin's PreStock, net of the issuer's ~1% transfer fee. See Fees & payouts.
Do I need to claim?#
No. Payouts are pushed to your wallet. Hold at least the minimum at the epoch snapshot.
Why can't I launch on Kalshi, Anduril or Figure AI?#
Their PreStock mints are not configured yet. They show as "coming soon" until they are live.
Who controls the agent?#
The coin's creator wallet, via a signed message on /coin/<mint>/agent. Platform limits always apply.
Can the agent spend my tokens?#
No. Actions are funded only from the coin's action pool (part of its creator fees). The agent never touches holder wallets and never executes transactions from chat.
Is a buyback real or simulated?#
On mainnet with DRY_RUN=false it is a real Jupiter / pump.fun buy whose tokens are burned. During the first run DRY_RUN=true simulates every transaction; such actions are labeled "dry run".
Where does the agent get its information?#
Only public sources: RSS feeds, status pages, GitHub releases, Polymarket Gamma, Kalshi's public API, USASpending.gov, clinicaltrials.gov and on-chain data. Every signal is listed in the coin's Intel tab.
Which model writes the insights?#
An OpenRouter model configured by the operator (OPENROUTER_MODEL) with a fallback. The model name appears in the Live panel when the agent is thinking.
Which wallets are supported?#
Phantom, Solflare and Backpack (plus other Wallet Standard wallets).
What happens if a PreStock is paused by its issuer?#
Payouts for coins on that PreStock fall back to SOL until transfers resume.
